Representatives of the partner organization Church World Service (CWS) visited the NGO “Culture of Democracy” on a monitoring visit.
They had to work in conditions of blackout. However, even in the absence of electricity during the meeting, representatives of the donor organization together with the team of the NGO “Culture of Democracy” discussed the stages of implementation of the “Caring Hearts” project, the results achieved and opportunities for improvement and further development.

The “Caring Hearts” project is aimed at supporting people of advanced age who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and live in remote areas of the Odessa region. This project is implemented by the NGO “Culture of Democracy” together with international partners, in particular the organization Church World Service (CWS) and with technical assistance from the Regional Development Agency of the Odessa region.
During the monitoring visit, representatives of the NGO "Culture of Democracy" presented the flag of Ukraine to the head of the humanitarian response team, Andrew Blakely (Chisinau, Moldova). The blue-yellow banner was signed by the serviceman - the author of the world-famous phrase. Mr. Blakely said that this was his first Ukrainian flag and noted the value of such a gift for him.
