NGO "Culture of Democracy" is a public organization that has been implementing humanitarian, social, educational and gender-oriented projects in various regions of Ukraine since 2018.
We work to support people, develop communities and create a safe, dignified and sustainable environment for living. Our team brings together professionals in the fields of psychosocial support, protection of women and children, community development, humanitarian response, education and medical direction.
The organization collaborates with international partners, government agencies, and communities, implementing programs to support people affected by the war and initiatives aimed at long-term recovery and development.
Today, the organization’s team consists of about 200 employees, as well as engaged experts who work daily in communities throughout Ukraine.
