NGO "CULTURE OF DEMOCRACY" SIGNED A MEMORANDUM ON COOPERATION WITH THE BALTIC CENTER FOR PROVISION OF SOCIAL SERVICES
The NGO "Culture of Democracy" signed a memorandum of cooperation with the municipal institution "Center for Social Services" of the Baltsky City Council of the Odessa region.
This memorandum defines the ways of joint activities within the framework of the "Caring Hearts" project. This initiative is an important step in supporting the most vulnerable groups of society. The project is aimed at supporting elderly people in the Odessa region who find themselves in very difficult life circumstances.
