NGO "CULTURE OF DEMOCRACY" ORGANIZED AN ACTION IN THE CITY GARDEN "MUSIC AGAINST VIOLENCE"
The NGO "Culture of Democracy" has begun participating in the international campaign "16 Days Against Violence", which will last from November 25 to December 10. The goal of the campaign is to raise public awareness of the problems of domestic and gender-based violence, as well as mobilize the public to counteract such phenomena.
Every year from November 25 to December 10, the All-Ukrainian campaign "16 Days Against Violence" is held in Ukraine. Its main goal is to draw attention to the problem of violence in society and call on everyone not to remain on the sidelines.
The opening of the campaign took place in the Odessa City Garden with the event "Music Against Violence". During the event, local musicians performed compositions symbolizing freedom, equality and respect for human dignity. The event brought together residents of the city, who united around the idea of combating violence through the power of musical art. Special attention will be paid to involving young people to overcome gender stereotypes and build a culture of mutual respect.
NGO "Culture of Democracy" calls on everyone to join the campaign: support victims of violence, spread information about available resources for assistance, and participate in the campaign's events.
Together we can change society for the better, making it safe and equal for all.
