"BREZANY ISLAND" IS OPEN!
"Ostriv Berezan" - a modern day care center for children created in the Mykolaiv region in the Berezansky territorial community
"Ostriv Berezan" has opened its doors. This is a space for providing services for children who need day care and at the same time freeing up time for family members who can use the freed up time to increase economic activity, or improve their psychological state and emotional relief. That is, if adults need to go on business, they can leave their children at the "Ostriv Berezan" day care center. A free social bus operates for the nearby villages of the Berezansky community.
"Ostriv Berezan" works daily, except Sundays, and accepts children from 3 years old. Up to 25 people can stay in the day care center at the same time, and up to 70 families can be accepted here per month.
The creation of the “Ostriv Berezen” day care center for children is being implemented by the NGO “Culture of Democracy” with financial support from the Government of Canada, provided through the Department of International Affairs of Canada Canada’s Foreign Policy—Global Affairs Canada with the support of Acted Ukraine. We would also like to express our great gratitude to the Berezan Village Council, which not only supported such an important project, but also provided premises for the creation of the center.
