Wu-xin is an ancient Chinese approach to creativity based on the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Each of these elements reflects a certain emotional state, and their harmonious interaction helps to reveal the inner world and convey feelings through drawing.
This type of drawing relaxes, relieves tension and helps to better understand oneself. It has a therapeutic effect, especially for those who have experienced difficult life circumstances or violence. The creative process provides an opportunity to express one's emotions, free oneself from difficult experiences and find inner balance.
The "Free" project is implemented on the initiative of the UN Population Fund in Ukraine - UNFPA Ukraine, in cooperation with the ICF "Initiative" and the NGO "Culture of Democracy", with the support of USAID Ukraine - USAID Ukraine.
